Getting into Yoga can be intimidating. YOGA & GOGA understands this and prides itself on being very beginner-friendly. While all of our classes are beginner friendly, this class will specifically cover the foundations of Yoga. We recommend taking 1-3 BEGINNER classes before trying our other classes so that you are comfortable and excited to practice Yoga, not intimidated!
This 45 or 60 minute Vinyasa class includes a dynamic sequence of poses linking breath-to-movement from one pose to the next. Vinyasa is considered a moving meditation and while it is more physical than our SLOW class, it is still known to help relieve stress and anxiety.
This 45 or 60 minute Power Vinyasa class includes a dynamic sequence of poses linking breath-to-movement from one pose to the next. Students can expect a more vigorous practice that will build strength while still focusing on the connection between the body and mind. Warmed classes are heated to 80-85 degrees using infrared heaters.
Relax and de-stress with a Yin/Restorative Yoga class. This class is all-levels and will consist of fewer stretching poses that you will hold for several minutes, encouraging complete muscle relaxation.
